Lulebo AB is Luleå's own housing company with the mission to provide attractive and accessible housing for everyone. We create safe and pleasant living environments in areas where people want to live and reside.

We are currently on an exciting development journey. We have taken over the management work in-house and grown from 50 to almost 90 employees – and we continue to grow. In the coming years, we will recruit more and complement with new skills to meet the development of Luleå and the region.

About the Position

We are now looking for a service electrician to join our operations team. In this role, you will work with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property technical equipment and electrical systems. You will be an important part of the team and support the operations group, property IT, repair technicians, and property managers in their daily work.

The work includes:

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
Installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Collaboration with colleagues in the operations group and other departments.
Ensuring that work is performed according to applicable safety regulations and standards.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-driven, and has good problem-solving skills. You enjoy working in a team and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally. You also have basic computer skills as the role involves some administrative handling.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

Education as an electrician.
Several years of experience in the profession.
Driver's license B.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

Experience in control and regulation technology.
Knowledge of other languages.
