Summer Job as a Caretaker at Pite Havsbad

Pite Havsbad is the largest tourist and conference facility in the Nordic region. We have nearly 400 rooms, 230 cabins, and 850 caravan sites. We offer over 40 activities for young and old and over 60,000 square meters of indoor space. For the whole family, we provide adventures, fun, and coziness. With our wide range of offerings, from children's entertainment to grand shows, there is something for everyone, regardless of age. Pite Havsbad is a facility that attracts visitors year-round, regardless of the season. During peak season, we have up to 7,000 overnight guests and 10,000 day visitors every day.

As a caretaker, you will work with maintenance and repairs of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure at the campsite. This may also involve assisting camping guests and answering questions about the campsite, activities, and attractions nearby. You will collaborate with other staff at the campsite to ensure good service and great experiences for the guests. The job also includes internal and external contacts, which requires you to be communicative, service-oriented, and value good relationships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a broad competence for the task, who is handy, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done. The work can sometimes be physically demanding, so you have good physical ability and enjoy working with your body. You are self-sufficient and have a flexible attitude, which allows you to easily adapt when unexpected situations arise. It is important that you are a problem solver with a focus on quality and precision. You have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people on a daily basis.
