Your Responsibilities

At SSAB, you will be an important part of a team where job satisfaction, collaboration, and safety are always in focus. Together, we are responsible for delivering world-class steel.

We are primarily looking for process operators for our production departments, but also mechanics, electricians, and drivers. Regardless of your role, you will receive thorough introduction and training to ensure you feel secure and can perform excellently.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is curious and has a drive to learn new things. You have a strong safety mindset and care about both your own and others' safety. Furthermore, we believe you enjoy working in a team where you contribute to a positive work environment and lead by example. Additionally, you view improvements positively and contribute to achieving results.

You have passing grades in core subjects (Swedish, mathematics, and English) at the high school level or equivalent. A B driver's license is also a requirement. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in the industry is advantageous but not a requirement.
