• Is passionate about service and puts the customer first
• Speaks and writes fluently in Danish, or has Danish as their native language
• Enjoys communicating in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Is flexible as working hours vary
• Has good teamwork skills
• Is engaged and responsible
• Has good computer skills
• Has strong social skills

To succeed in your new role, the employment will begin with training, where you will learn everything about the company and receive training in customer management. This means that there are no requirements for prior knowledge.

About the role and job responsibilities

As a customer service representative with us, you will work together with your colleagues to assist our customers.

With a strong sense of service, you will respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media to resolve customer issues in the best way possible. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you.
