Experienced Project Manager for Integration Project Wanted

We are looking for an experienced project manager for an integration project where you will lead the development of a standardized integration solution to connect multiple HRPlus systems across different communities. The goal is to ensure that all identified data objects (e.g., Employment data, Payroll data, Time data, Financial data) are made available to other applications in standardized formats (e.g., API, messages, files). The project will also enable other applications to update HRPlus data through this integration layer.
The project manager will be responsible for leading 1-2 developers working on HRPlus integration development. The scope of the project includes implementing basic processes, routines, and system support for all employees, line consultants, and resource consultants' identities, as well as system accounts, administrative accounts, and resource accounts between the systems and solutions.
Required Competencies:
Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience in leading complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT integration solutions, including APIs, event-driven and message-based architectures.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage.
Project and Risk Management:
- Strong organizational ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and risk management.
Industry-Specific Experience:
- IT experience from high transaction volume environments (e.g., retail).
- Familiarity with outsourced IT delivery models and collaboration with outsourcing partners.
- Experience implementing organizational changes and promoting new working methods.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.
Desirable Personal Qualities:
- Collaborative leader with strong decision-making abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic visions with practical implementation skills.
- Analytical with problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented thinking.
- Adaptable to change and proactive in exploring new solutions.
- Highly driven and engaged, even when tasks are repetitive.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: October 31, 2025
Scope: 50%
Location: Stockholm
Languages: Swedish and English
