At the Rehabilitation Unit home healthcare, a friendly team of over 20 people of mixed ages works together. We are responsible for rehabilitation within municipal health and medical care in ordinary housing. The unit also includes a fall prevention team, occupational therapists who work with assessments for assistance decisions, and a discharge team. We strive for close cooperation with nursing staff, nurses, and unit managers.

The Rehabilitation Unit home healthcare is part of the Division of Social Care, which has the ultimate responsibility for people who need support. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a physiotherapist to work with patients in ordinary housing. If interested, there is also an opportunity to work part-time in the discharge team. As a physiotherapist with us, you will work with assessment and training of physical function to help individuals manage their daily lives in the best way possible. You will also perform standard physiotherapeutic tasks, such as assessing mobility and the need for assistive devices.

You will work in a team with an occupational therapist. An important part of the job is to guide nursing staff in a rehabilitative approach, and you will have the opportunity to conduct mobility training for nursing staff if you are interested. You will have significant influence over your own planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist and preferably has previous experience in municipal operations or geriatrics. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team with other professionals. You are independent and confident in your professional role. As a person, you communicate clearly and are structured in your work approach. You enjoy thinking innovatively that can also be applied in practice. You have good pedagogical skills and can easily establish contact with both patients and colleagues. You have a B driver's license. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
