We are now looking for a calm and humble assistant who wants to work approximately 60% in a schedule with a mix of short morning shifts around 07-08:45, afternoon shifts around 14-18, and every other Sunday 08-18. (Possibility for longer shifts during school holidays is available.)

Our client is a kind and easy-going girl who lives with her sister, alternating between each parent. She has an acquired brain injury since childhood but is verbal and moves with live support.

You need to be both calm and proactive, with a flexible ability to motivate by being both quietly observant and positively driving.

Your task is to prepare the client for a school day at high school by entering quietly, saying good morning, connecting feeding tubes, and stepping out so she can wake up peacefully to have the best possible conditions for a school day with brain fatigue. When the food is ready, you will assist her with movement, medication, dressing, and morning hygiene, harmoniously and calmly. Once you are done, you will accompany her to the school taxi and wait with her until she leaves.

Training and guidance will be provided by the employer.
