We are now looking for a development leader for digitalization and innovation for a one-year temporary position.

About the position

In collaboration with SKR, Adda offers welfare and market actors lifelong learning, including in the areas of digitalization and innovation.

We are now looking for a colleague for the role of development leader at Adda Kompetens. On behalf of Sweden's Municipalities and Regions (SKR), we drive several learning initiatives in the areas of digitalization and innovation, including training in service design, collaborations with academia for increased learning, and various forums for user-driven innovation and digitalization. As a development leader, you will work on educating and concept developing in the area of digitalization and innovation, which requires you to have a broad palette of tools and methods at your disposal. This role gives you a unique opportunity to work with learning, digitalization, and innovation from a national perspective, and we are looking for someone who is attracted to strengthening welfare's capacity in digitalization and innovation.

In the role of development leader, you will belong to the team for digitalization and innovation. You will be a key person with great opportunities to shape the work together with the team. The digitalization and innovation team has a dual mandate, where half of the group works in Adda's newly established hub for the entire Adda, while the other half works towards the business area of Competence with a focus on training and learning. We are a nice group of 10 people who all want to contribute to a more innovative and caring welfare. The work in the area is led by a group manager.

Qualifications and experience
  • University education in a relevant field for the position.
  • Several years of professional experience in user-driven innovation and/or digitalization.
  • Documented further education and/or professional experience in several of the following areas: process management, project management, change management, agile working methods, user-centered development/service design.
  • Good understanding of and experience with innovation processes and user-centered development.
  • It is advantageous if you have documented experience from the methodology Innovationsguiden and have trained in it.
