We are looking for more stars to join our team at Salt & Sill, Klädesholmen for the spring and summer season (March-September) with the possibility of extension.

On the old herring island Klädesholmen outside Tjörn lies Salt & Sill, surrounded by Bohuslän's salty cliffs and skerries. The restaurant has been operated under the current management since the early 2000s with a strong passion for food and people, which is clearly reflected in our menus that are strongly influenced by local coastal ingredients. With dockside service and a sea view, we offer a magical closeness to the changing sea. The facility today includes both a hotel, conference, and restaurant.

We are now looking for reinforcement in our reception & conference team!

We are on the lookout for someone interested in working extra, especially on weekends, with the possibility of extended working hours and more days a week during the spring and especially during the summer months.

To become part of our community, we want you to have a great deal of sensitivity and understand the importance of fantastic hospitality. During your shifts, you will create optimal conditions for our guests.

Requirements:

• Experience working in reception or similar customer service areas.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and the ability to manage booking systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the reception with a smile and provide professional service.
• Receive and manage bookings for conference rooms and meeting facilities.
• Answer phone calls and emails, forward messages, and provide information to guests.
• Ensure that conference spaces are organized and ready for use according to guests' wishes.
• Assist guests with any requests or questions and ensure their needs are taken care of in the best possible way.

Language skills: Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Working hours scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, day and evening shifts
