Here at Rasta Grästorp, we have a restaurant focused on traditional Swedish home cooking, as well as a well-stocked traffic shop operated under the OKQ8 brand.

Job Description

Do you thrive when it's busy and want to be responsible for a restaurant with fantastic guests, from local regulars to travelers along the way?

We are now looking for someone who loves service, has good leadership skills, is driven in what they do, and wants to work in a developing company.

The tasks include administrative, financial, and personnel responsibilities, as well as being involved in the daily operations of the restaurant.

As an assistant restaurant manager, you will run the operations together with the site manager.

You value cleanliness and routines in your work and have an eye for details that allow us to exceed guest expectations.

Evening work is required, and you will work every other weekend.

You will help lead and distribute tasks in the restaurant and hotel.

The position involves close contact with staff and guests, which requires good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 20 years old – To be responsible for serving, you must be at least 20 years old.
• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress tolerance & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak times.
• Basic cash handling experience – Experience with cash systems and payment processing is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant experience – Experience in restaurants and fast food is a significant advantage.
