Here at Rasta Ulricehamn, we have a restaurant focusing on traditional Swedish home cooking as well as a well-stocked traffic shop operating under the OKQ8 brand.

Job Description

As a restaurant assistant at Rasta, you are an important part of the team and ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience. You work in a varied and service-oriented environment where you meet guests, handle food and beverages, and contribute to a clean and pleasant restaurant. The pace can be high, but with the right attitude and good cooperation, we create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and colleagues thrive together.

Responsibilities

• The role of Restaurant Assistant primarily involves preparing sandwiches and salads, serving the dish of the day, light cooking from our à la carte menu, and cashier duties.
• There are also many secondary tasks associated with a restaurant, such as cleaning and dishwashing, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 20 years old – To be able to be responsible for serving, you must be at least 20 years old.
• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress resistance & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak hours.
• Basic cashier experience – Experience with cash systems and payment handling is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant experience – Experience in restaurants and fast food is a significant advantage.

Working Hours and Benefits
