Job Description

The IT organization at Södersjukhuset is responsible for ensuring that the hospital's IT providers deliver the IT that the various departments require and that the delivery is done safely and cost-effectively. As an IT Coordinator, you are the link between the hospital's IT organization, the departments, the management of the departments, and Södersjukhuset's IT providers. You have overall responsibility for the IT issues of a specific area concerning IT administration, orders, capturing and concretizing needs, analyzing and prioritizing change requests, and formulating requirements that meet the needs of the organization. Daily work is carried out in close collaboration with other IT Coordinators within the section, the departments, system administrators, local technicians on-site, and the providers' Service Desk.

Your tasks include, for example:

Preparing, anchoring, and communicating IT matters and following up on orders and deliveries from the provider and distributing and following up on delivered IT equipment.
Participating in the implementation of system changes and testing new processes and workflows.
Staying informed and disseminating information about ongoing activities and changes in the IT area.
Informing about backup routines and planned changes in the IT environment, such as disruptions.
Presenting IT issues within the management of the department, informing and spreading knowledge about ongoing IT development, and representing the department in IT matters.
Informing the department about the IT organization's routines and processes and following up to ensure compliance and functionality.
Representing the department and/or participating in local projects and development work.
Contributing to troubleshooting and other case management and participating in changes in the IT environment.

Qualifications

As a person, you are meticulous, self-driven, and flexible. You are structured and work methodically and proactively with a holistic perspective. You enjoy providing good service, are pedagogical, and find it easy to collaborate. You are positive about development in your work and have the ability to work with complex problems and come up with new ideas.

You are skilled in communication and have the ability to anchor your work and adapt your message according to the recipient and the situation.

Competence Requirements

At least three years of documented work experience in IT, preferably in the role of IT Coordinator.
Good knowledge of IT so that you can set requirements for providers and performers, make orders, and find optimal solutions for the hospital's operations.

Meritorious

Experience working in a client organization.
IT solutions within healthcare and social services or the service sector.
Participation in mission-critical technology projects, preferably in a large organization.
Experience in change management, such as projects, assignments, and investigations.
Post-secondary education in IT.
