We are seeking a inspection officer who, with a keen eye, sensitivity, and a touch of detective spirit, ensures that our rental apartments are in top condition. Here, you will help create homes where people thrive – from the first key turn to the last farewell.

What does the role entail?

Head of Housing Avni Bajrami: “As an inspection officer with us, you play an important role in ensuring that the company's apartments maintain the right quality and standard, and that our tenants receive first-class service and support for the best experience during move-in and move-out. You will be a significant part of the work to achieve high customer satisfaction, one of our most important goals.”

The work includes, among other things:

• Inspections with precision: Conduct thorough inspections of our apartments during move-in and move-out, as well as pre- and post-inspections and contractor inspections.
• Project management and follow-up on ordered work to ensure that they proceed according to schedule, both internally and externally.
• Tenant-adapted maintenance: Work closely with our tenants to tailor maintenance measures to their needs, from ordering to final inspection.
• Handle arising damages to some extent.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education and experience: High school diploma with at least 3 years of experience in property management, or post-secondary education in the field combined with practical experience. Experience in the construction or painting industry, as well as knowledge of damage management and move-out inspections, is an advantage.
• Technical competence: Good understanding of construction technical issues and the ability to use digital tools and systems in your daily work.
• Communication skills: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with tenants and colleagues.
• Driver's license: Holding a manual B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
