Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a production engineer. The company operates in the aerospace industry and conducts advanced development and manufacturing. Here, there are great opportunities to develop within advanced production technology with exciting products.

As a production engineer (PME), you will work in a team within a value stream or project where your mission is, together with your team, to ensure that we deliver the right quality, at the right cost, and on time. You will work daily to ensure product quality and delivery, as well as more long-term to implement planned improvement tasks.

You will coordinate activities related to production preparation, tool manufacturing, tool design, method technology, etc.
• The focus is on the development and improvement of products where the customer strives for zero defects.
* Strong teams are fundamental to achieving our goals, and within the team, you contribute with your competence, curiosity, and team spirit to create a working environment with a winning culture.
* You will have close dialogue with operators and other engineers in daily work, and participate in discussions with customers regarding production technology issues.
* You will participate in technology development and industrialize new methods, processes, and working methods to meet strategies within the area and on the product.

Qualifications

You who are applying have:
* An engineering degree or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
* You are driven and have a strong desire to learn
* Fearless and self-sufficient
* You have analytical skills to make logical reasoning and base decisions on facts

The work requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you have:
* Worked in early phases of production and have knowledge of FAI and frozen processes
* Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and problem-solving
* Knowledge and experience in welding, additive manufacturing, fabrications, OFP

The work requires high on-site presence.
You will also need to undergo a security clearance for the role.
