We work with our own developed systems and products in payment solutions, aiming to simplify the sales process for our customers. Our growth journey continues, and we are looking for a new star for our office in Stockholm.

About the position,

As a service technician, you will work on-site with our customers and install our payment solutions. You will also handle incoming cases and work to resolve issues that arise at the customer’s site. Additionally, you will provide support to customers via phone.

Your tasks will include;

• Installation and service of hardware and software
• Delivery of hardware to customers
• Basic support over the phone
• Logging cases in the CRM system
• Troubleshooting products

The position will begin with an introduction where you will gain knowledge about our systems and products. You will work from our office, and we provide a service vehicle to visit customers. The position may also involve on-call duty with work during inconvenient hours.

Who are you?

Since the position involves a significant amount of customer contact, we are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with customers. This is an important role as you represent the entire company at the customer’s site, and being service-minded is essential.

To succeed in this role, you need a basic competence or experience in IT and computer systems. At the same time, you should be handy and able to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who has;

• A genuine interest in or basic knowledge of the IT field
• A desire to work with people and provide service
• Previous experience in similar roles
• A valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have experience with routers/switches and have previously worked with networks.
