About the assignment

Our client, a leading knowledge center for sports, physical activity, and health, is now looking for a consultant in internal service. The business includes education and research in sports science with a strong connection to the sports movement. As an evening and weekend custodian, you will act as a host to tenants and assist with various practical matters regarding the premises during rental periods.

Assignment start: September 1, 2025 Location: Central Stockholm Working hours: Evenings and weekends according to a fixed schedule Employment type: On-demand employment

The working hours are primarily scheduled during evenings and weekends according to the approximate schedule below (the schedule may change slightly on Saturdays depending on occupancy):

• Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Sunday 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

The following times show when the premises are available for booking by customers:

• Monday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Your tasks

In the role of evening and weekend custodian, you will:

• Welcome and assist tenants, ensuring they have access to the right premises and equipment
• Ensure that materials are cleared away after the rental period ends
• Conduct regular rounds in the premises to ensure order and functionality
• Close libraries and gym facilities at the end of the day
• Handle minor faults and deficiencies, and report any problems
• Be a safe and supportive presence in the premises, with access to personal alarms and security services if needed
• Have regular check-ins to ensure smooth operations

Your qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least six (6) months of experience as a custodian
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Meritorious

• Experience in a service-oriented role
• Experience working independently in a public environment
• Previous experience in sports and leisure activities
