Job Description

We are looking for a driven and structured project coordinator with 2–5 years of experience working in technology-intensive environments such as manufacturing, logistics, testing, or product development. You will be part of an exciting role with development opportunities, a dynamic work environment where you will take responsibility and have the chance to work on interesting projects within product development and procurement.

This is a junior role where we are looking for someone who can support project coordination and procurement-related processes. You will work on managing and following up project flows, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the right systems are used to drive the processes forward. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, communicative, and has a good eye for structure. You are self-driven and proactive with good collaboration skills and comfortable working with various stakeholders and functions.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within industry, logistics, or product development
• Experience in procurement processes, project management, and planning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate with various stakeholders

You should have experience with one or more of the following systems:

• GPS (Global Purchasing System) – procurement processes
• MS Project – project planning and follow-up
• SCORE – structured project management
• ProTOM – product development processes
• GLORIA – product data management
• DVP Process – verification and validation processes
