Azure Specialist Wanted in Solna

The position starts as a consulting assignment with the possibility of transitioning to the client after 6 months. Responsibilities

In the role of Azure specialist in security and infrastructure, you will have significant responsibility for configuring and maintaining the Azure environment, ensuring it is stable, optimized, and tailored to the business needs. You will work on implementing and optimizing Azure infrastructure, including managing resources and applications. Furthermore, you will have a strong focus on security aspects, where you will be responsible for implementing security measures, managing Microsoft Defender, and analyzing logs to identify and prevent potential threats.

A large part of the job also involves streamlining and automating processes. Using PowerShell and other tools, you will build solutions that enhance security and performance. You will manage and configure Intune for device management and work with network solutions in Azure while troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a solid background within Microsoft's ecosystem, with in-depth knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell. You have an understanding of modern DevOps principles and how cloud network infrastructures are built. As a person, you are curious and engaged, with a strong desire to stay updated on new technologies and security solutions. You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating in teams while being able to work independently and drive projects forward.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure – Configuration and security management in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender – Implementation and management of security solutions.
• Experience with PowerShell – Scripting and automating processes in Microsoft environments.
• Understanding of DevOps principles – Experience with how DevOps techniques are used in practice.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and networks – Primarily cloud-based but also simpler on-prem solutions.
• Experience with Intune – Management of clients and policy configurations.
• Automation experience – Built and implemented automations for security processes.
