About the job
As an inside sales representative, you will contact existing Telia customers. Building a long-term relationship with our customers requires follow-up. The purpose of the call is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their current offerings or if there are any potential adjustments they would like to make. In connection with the call, you will also extend the customer's subscription according to their wishes, of course at a more favorable price.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00 (No late evenings!)
Scope: Full-time position
