About the Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will work with both strategic and operational quality tasks, focusing on process development, measurement controls, and quality monitoring. You will be a key player in our team and have the opportunity to develop quality processes and routines to ensure our high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving Second-line support towards resellers and agents
• Preventive quality work
• Reporting, compiling, and developing KPIs
• Responsible for measurement protocols, routines, and process documentation
• Quality development within the business system Monitor
• Strategic quality work, including management systems
• Group leadership of a smaller quality group

We are looking for someone who has:

• MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Economics, Quality Engineering, Technical Physics, or Mechatronics (or equivalent vocational training in quality engineering or Lean Manufacturing)
• At least 2-5 years of experience in quality work in a manufacturing industry
• Experience in production technical support, process development, or measurement controls
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949
• Experience with business system Monitor or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of CE marking and regulatory requirements
• Ability to drive strategic quality work and process improvements
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma (preferable)
• Experience with automated quality controls and digitalization of quality processes (preferable)
• Fluent in Swedish and good communication skills in English

We are looking for someone who is structured and analytical, with a careful and methodical approach. You have a good ability to identify areas for improvement and drive quality development. The role requires you to be communicative and collaborative, as you will be in contact with both internal and external parties. You have a solution-oriented and proactive attitude to handle challenges and drive improvement processes.
