At Vehicle Software Factory, a part of Vehicle Technology, we test and release Group Trucks Technology complete software deliveries and understand the full product, hardware, and software.

What you will do

Your day at work will be versatile, you will stretch from strategic discussions, via operational decisions, to coach and guide colleagues. You will work in a truly global context with many connections across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead a program related to vehicle software integration and offboard capabilities.
• You will guide and coach involved program members.
• You will report the progress of the program to VSF LT and VT LT.

You will be part of the VSF Leadership Team and report to the Vice President – Vehicle Software Factory.

Who are you?

You have a well-developed strategic mindset, and you are a strong leader with a holistic approach in everything you do. You drive strategic decisions aligned with organizational goals. Since this is a senior position, you will also lead, and coach program members involved in the programs you are responsible for. Collaboration is a key to our success, and you excel in collaboration both vertically and horizontally across the organization borders. You demonstrate leadership courage and owners’ mentality with a strong drive for results. Today’s business environment is ambiguous, and you have the skills to navigate complex programs under those conditions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience from leading and organizing big projects and programs around software within the automotive industry.
• Solid background from the automotive industry and experience in product development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
