ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 82% for our client in Luleå.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends at the following times:

• 07:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM
• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Night work may also occur. Double assistance every day from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM. During these times, two assistants work together with the client.

Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 40s who enjoys walking and participating in various activities, including swimming at the pool. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has autism and epilepsy. The client has limited verbal ability.

Job responsibilities include:

• Support with daily routines, including household chores
• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Help and support with communication.

The client uses weekly schedules, a handheld computer, and PECS for communication.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible, as personal suitability is highly valued. The client prefers female applicants. We consider it an advantage if you have experience with autism.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Experience in care/personal assistance
• Not allergic to chlorine and able to swim.

Employment rate: 82%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
