ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for 3 individuals in each location who want to join our pool during weeks 25-32. Your role will be personal assistant based in Luleå, Boden, or Piteå. (Please note that you need to live in one of these locations).

You will have access to a service car and will be introduced to several clients in Luleå, Boden, and Piteå and surrounding areas. If you prefer to use your own car to get to work, you will receive vacation compensation.

As an employee in the substitute pool, you will receive a fixed salary of 100% during the period. You and your colleagues will have a rolling basic schedule where you will work every third weekend. You need to be prepared for your working hours to be adjusted as needed.

  • If a vacancy arises with one of our predetermined clients during the day and you are scheduled for daytime work, you will be called to work.
  • If a vacancy arises during the evening and you are scheduled for daytime work, you will be contacted to cover this shift with compensation according to the collective agreement.
  • If there are no vacancies, you are off with pay. Your main task is to be available to work when the need arises!

So you will be employed and paid at 100%, but actual working hours will vary and be determined by the need that arises.

Introduction will take place in mid-May.

About You

As a person, you should be solution-oriented in the situations that arise. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has a humble attitude, is positive, cheerful, and enjoys taking responsibility.

Female applicants will be prioritized.

Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a B driver's license
  • You speak and understand Swedish at a good level

Meritorious

  • Experience in care or personal assistance

Scope: Varied employment degree based on arising needs, but always paid at 100%.

Start date: Introduction will take place in mid-May.

Salary: Paid at 100%. We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed with us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
