Description

We are now looking for a new colleague to our team at home care Rörstorp! Together with home care City, we have a close collaboration during the day, evening, and weekends to provide good care and support for our clients in their homes and create a pleasant workplace.

Our work is based on the fundamental mission of home care, with a particular focus on the clients' independence.

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the client's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the client's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

As a care assistant, you are also the primary care contact for the individual client, responsible for their care and assisting with contacts with authorities, relatives, healthcare, etc.

Your responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

A degree in health and care or other education that provides care assistant competence, along with good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Personal suitability is highly valued, and experience is an advantage.

Working in home care requires you to be secure in your professional role as we work independently in the client's home. You need to be unpretentious and solution-focused as the work requires effective collaboration within the team.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected professional title, and to be eligible as a care assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be provided.

Approved grades in Swedish.

A B driver's license valid for manual transmission is required, as well as the ability to cycle.

The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.

In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent positions are advertised as full-time. If you prefer part-time and the operation can accommodate a lower employment rate, this is, of course, a possibility.
