We are looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant to support a man in his 40s with intellectual disabilities and autism, living just outside the center of Boden. As a personal assistant with us, you will play a central role in increasing his independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities

You will assist with:

• Personal care
• Activities
• Household tasks such as cooking and cleaning

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is calm, stable, and responsible. Experience as a personal assistant or similar is an advantage but not a requirement. We work with low-affect responses and structured pedagogy, always putting the client at the center. You should be attentive, secure, and have a big heart.

Qualifications

• Good physical condition
• Clear communication in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Non-smoker

Employment Conditions

• Part-time 83% temporary employment, as long as the assignment lasts
• The position starts on 1/6 or by agreement
• Working hours: Day shifts on weekdays and weekends
• Security with collective agreement through Fremia and Kommunal, market-based salary, insurance, and pension contributions according to collective agreement
