Personal Assistant - Part-time Position.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a man with autism, residing in the beautiful Sävast, just outside Boden.

Your future tasks will include providing support and assistance in the client's daily life. This includes everything from meals and hygiene to personal care and communication. But it is also about encouraging and participating in meaningful and fun leisure activities. The client has a great interest in music, and sharing that joy and exploring it together with him is essential.

In this role, a calm and empathetic attitude is crucial to meet the client's needs, but above all, you must have a heart that is passionate about making a difference.

If you have knowledge of LAB (Low Arousal Approach), we see this as a significant plus. It is a method that can be useful in understanding and supporting the client in the best way.

Regardless of whether you are a man or a woman, your personal suitability is what matters most. We hope that you are deeply engaged and motivated for this role and curious to learn more about autism. Experience or education within the autism spectrum is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Your work will be located where the client is, and the working days will vary, including days, evenings, and weekends. It is desirable that you have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Requirements:

• You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You have a police clearance certificate (easy to order via the police website).
• You are smoke and pet-free due to allergies.
