About the Role
We are looking for someone with experience in maintenance work who enjoys leading and structuring work to ensure operational reliability. Do you want to contribute to Sweden's fossil-free electricity supply?

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for the Mechanical Maintenance unit at Ringhals.
About the Job
Mechanical maintenance at Ringhals consists of two operational groupings, divided between the reactor and turbine sides of the facilities, whose main goal is to ensure the required operational reliability of mechanical equipment. The groups consist of technicians, team leaders, engineers, and planning engineers who plan and execute maintenance activities within mechanical maintenance.
The unit is in both a development phase following a completed reorganization and an ongoing rejuvenation process. This presents exciting opportunities to help create routines and ways of working for the future of mechanical maintenance.
The operations are extensive and span several technical areas, providing good opportunities to both broaden and deepen technical skills. Several employees have previously grown in their roles within mechanical maintenance, and this background has proven attractive for further development and career steps within Ringhals.
Your Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will lead the daily work within mechanical maintenance with a focus on safety and structure. You will, among other things:
- Prepare, plan, distribute, and lead the daily work to be performed
- Act as support and sounding board for the group's employees and other relevant groups
- Lead hired personnel in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that work is carried out safely and in an occupationally correct manner
- Collaborate with many professional groups both within and outside your own group to make the whole work
To succeed in the role, good cooperation and joint planning with other maintenance groups, operations, and service groups are required.
Requirements
We would like you to have:
- Basic technical education, preferably post-secondary, or equivalent experience in maintenance work
- Experience in maintenance planning and/or process industry
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English
- Good experience and familiarity with IT systems, experience with the maintenance system SAP is an advantage
- EFNMS certification as Maintenance Leader or Maintenance Technician is an advantage
