In this role, you will ensure that our internal inventories of spare parts and consumables meet the needs of the business. You will take full responsibility for the maintenance spare parts inventory, which includes requisitioning, ordering, and stock management. In addition to the maintenance inventory, you will also be responsible for purchasing and employee services regarding our consumables for production at Diab's ServicePoint. In this role, you will have broad contact areas, both internally and externally, and tasks that guarantee that no day is the same!

Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for requisitioning, stock security, inventory, and organization in the storage and inventory regarding the Spare Parts Inventory for Maintenance.
• In close collaboration with maintenance technicians, you will be responsible for purchasing and stocking new spare parts and writing off outgoing spare parts for Maintenance.
• Staff the ServicePoint during opening hours and be responsible for purchase requisitions and management of the ServicePoint's inventory of consumables, office supplies, work clothes, and protective equipment.
• Cost monitoring and assist with details in budget work for ServicePoint and Maintenance spare parts inventory.

Requirements Profile

We are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge and experience in maintenance work with the ability to understand exploded views or experience in spare parts purchasing. In addition to this, you have:

• Secondary education, preferably in workshop, technology, or what the employer deems equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic IT skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365

It is an advantage if you also have experience in internal improvement work.
