YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE

As a Maintenance Technician at HGF, you play an important role in ensuring that our machinery and technical equipment operate efficiently through both corrective and preventive maintenance. You work in a varied and developing environment where problem-solving and technical skills are in focus. You are responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and optimization and will handle a wide range of technical challenges within mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and control systems. Examples of other tasks include:

• Reporting and documenting maintenance actions in the Mainter system.
• Participating in daily morning meetings with the team to capture and act on input from production.
• Involved in the distribution of work based on the day's needs.
• Handling urgent matters such as complex control systems and machine components.
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure smooth implementation in production.
• Collaboration with various production teams to ensure production flow.

WHO ARE YOU?

To succeed in this role, you have a broad technical competence and several years of experience in maintenance work. You are used to working with problem-solving and have a mechanical background, preferably with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. We also prefer that you have experience working with advanced machines, electrical systems, and control systems, as well as a strong technical interest and a desire to continuously learn new things. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

You have the ability to work systematically and long-term with problem-solving. With a proactive and supportive attitude, you take on challenges and contribute to improvements. You are self-driven and take your own initiatives, as well as being a team player. You are motivated by solving technical problems and developing both yourself and the processes you work with.
