RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a workgroup consisting of your role, painters, carpenters, plumbing technicians, and property caretakers. Together, the craftsman group works as a support function in operations and maintenance tasks. Thus, you constitute an important function for the properties managed by Varberg Municipality. The group has daily close contact with customers within its own department as well as other operations within the municipality, which is why we value your communicative ability to build trust with customers and partners.

We are looking for someone who wants to create and find new, smart ways to maintain our property portfolio. You see the opportunity to plan your workday together with the workgroup and our operations. As the work is independent, you are responsible and can solve tasks within your area of responsibility. You are computer literate and plan your own work through necessary purchases and procurement of the tools and materials required for your position. QUALIFICATIONS

• Limited authorization (BB1 according to the old designation)
• Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer literacy
• Certifications above the required are meritorious
