The job involves commissioning backup power units, control system replacements on existing facilities, servicing engines, and test driving in our testing room. Our customers' facilities are located throughout Sweden. You are the key to strong customer relationships and ensure trust in our products.

About the role

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Identifying and resolving faults in control and regulation systems for backup power
• Basic programming and configuration of control and regulation systems with support from our design team
• Processing customers for upselling
• Participating in commissioning, control system replacements, and installations
• Conveying customer inquiries about new purchases to our salespeople

You will work closely with our Service Coordinator and our salespeople to ensure that our customers' needs are met in the best possible way. You plan your work and your time yourself with the support of your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in electrical automation, preferably as a service technician, electrician, or similar
• Is self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has good computer skills
• Has good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Holds a B driver's license (requirement) and is accustomed to driving
