We are now looking for a service-oriented and handy caretaker for Varbergs Kusthotell. You will be responsible for daily maintenance, repairs, and property management to ensure a pleasant environment for our guests and staff. The work is varied and includes everything from technical maintenance and cleaning to basic carpentry. The position is 70% with scheduled work every other weekend.

About you

You are practical, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. Experience in property management, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry is an advantage. You enjoy working independently but also collaborate well in a team. A driving license (B) is required.
