JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the home care service in Southern Svenljunga, we are now looking for employees for permanent weekend shifts.

The position is initially part-time, and the shifts are scheduled according to the needs of the operation on weekends, mainly concentrated on one or more of the days Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Shifts may also be scheduled on other weekdays if needed.

Your tasks will consist of performing care work, which may involve personal care and hygiene, carrying out medically delegated tasks from a nurse, assisting with meals, and providing social support. Tasks may also include shopping, cleaning, laundry, and recreational activities.

Common to all work within the care and nursing administration is that we work with people who need help and support in their daily lives, with the aim of promoting the individual's abilities. It is a challenge to get to know people in need of support and help and to see the whole person, not just their needs for assistance. Working with people is a fantastic adventure!

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained nursing assistant. We require a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

You must be at least 18 years old.

Hold a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle within home care.

You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you should be responsible and have a genuine interest in working with people.

Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude are of utmost importance.

The work also involves solitary work, which requires initiative.

We require you to provide a reference person.

The employer places great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.
