What Does the Role Offer?

This role is new to us, and you will be part of the newly established Business Development department, which currently consists of a Department Head and an IT support function. Our new business system will be implemented in the fall, and initially, your focus will be to collect, coordinate, and update existing documents. Since the role is new, it can to some extent be shaped according to your background and expertise.

The position is broad and includes, among other things:

• Participating in the implementation of the document management system, building and developing processes in the system
• Being proactive in managing our business documents
• Functioning as a systems specialist for the business system regarding document management, process management, and intranet
• Driving our continuity work and supporting departments and business areas in this area

You will also build our HR support in the system, be responsible for governing documents within HR, and support the organization in using these.

You will be based at our office in Falkenberg, but you will also spend much of your time out in the business and have close contact with the entire organization.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education or relevant professional experience in business development and continuity issues. We would like you to have some practical experience of a similar position, but the most important thing is that you have a clear system-oriented mindset, a genuine interest in these issues, and a desire to develop.

As a person, you are methodical, meticulous, and analytical. Since you will have a support function with many contacts, it is also important that you are attentive, flexible, and communicative. You thrive in a smaller company with everything it entails; close collaboration, a broad role, and an unpretentious approach to each other.

You have a B driver's license and good computer skills. It is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English and can express yourself well in both spoken and written form.
