System Administrator at Competence Center

The Role of System Administrator with Us

As a system administrator, you will work in the service unit at the Competence Center.

The team consists of administrators, a receptionist, a system administrator, and a system manager. You will take on the role of system administrator for our business system Viva, where you will be an expert in the system and how it can be best utilized in operations.

Together with your colleagues, you will work on:

• Business systems and digitalization to provide the greatest possible benefit for the operations
• Support for users within the organization
• Configuring and testing the system during updates, legal changes, and other needs
• Creating and maintaining manuals, training materials, checklists, etc.
• Instructing and training the users of the administration
• Participating in forums and networks internally within the administration/municipality and externally
• Other tasks by delegation to relieve the system manager

The main focus of the position is the tasks above, but other related tasks may also arise to support the unit and the administration.

Your Profile

You have a good sense of service and enjoy being the face of the organization to users. You have an interest in solving problems and thrive in working with complexity and creating structure. You plan and structure your work independently and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• has relevant experience working with business systems

It is an advantage if you have:

• documented knowledge, through studies or experience, of public administration and/or the area of operations
• experience in administering the business system Viva

The Service Unit is part of the Competence Center and belongs to the administration for Gymnasium & Labor Market. The Service Unit employs various professionals to provide internal service for the entire administration as well as externally to municipal residents visiting the Competence Center. The unit consists of a receptionist, 1 administrator, 1 steward, as well as 1 system manager and a system administrator. We now want to temporarily expand the team with a system administrator.

Our starting point is that work is a health factor for individuals, families, and society. We have shifted our focus from a social perspective to a labor market perspective regarding the reception of newly arrived individuals and municipal residents in need of financial support. Fundamental to our work is that all people want and can take responsibility for their own lives. With a strong labor market perspective, we contribute to more residents of Kungsbacka entering the workforce.

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a fixed-term position for 6 months full-time with immediate start according to agreement.
