As an IT Technician in 2nd line support, you will work solution-oriented by analyzing and resolving incoming customer cases that have been escalated from 1st line support. Your main target group is our corporate clients, where you ensure they receive the technical assistance and support they need.

Your tasks will include support and troubleshooting of cases within our service areas of broadband, networking, telephony, and CCTV/camera surveillance systems. To succeed in this role, you need to have previous experience in one or more of these areas.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Support and customer contact via phone and email
• Troubleshooting technical issues and handling cases that require deeper technical analysis
• Customer visits for troubleshooting and installations as needed
• Participating in training and onboarding of new customers
• Technical audits within the framework of our CCTV platform MEDcloud
• Internal technical documentation
• Participating in the operation of internal and external IT environments
• Supporting your colleagues in 1st line support and installation with technical questions

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in IT support/customer support, preferably in 2nd line
• A genuine interest in technology and IT
• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Furthermore, we see that you have experience in one or more of these areas:

• Windows server environment
• System maintenance
• Network technology
• Broadband and telephony
• CCTV/camera surveillance systems
• Technical troubleshooting and fault resolution
