About the Role
Are you a System Administrator who enjoys challenges?
Then you could be our new colleague that we would love to invest in! We offer a developing and varied job where you as a system administrator/system developer are responsible for both maintaining and further developing IT systems in our complex IT environment. We work in an environment characterized by very high demands on IT security. You will work within the area of Document Management where the task is to further develop and manage our in-house developed applications as well as the management of purchased standard applications. We strive to find strategically sustainable solutions, and we see you as an important player in that.
You will be part of a team with several system developers that spans geographical boundaries, where you support each other. You will have close collaboration with management leaders and project managers, but also work independently within your technical area.
We are a company in change and with great challenges ahead of us, which requires a flexible organization and employees who have the ability to handle changes with a positive attitude.
You will primarily work with:
- System administration (contact with users, troubleshooting + proactivity, short and long-term actions)
- Participate as a developer in projects and assignments, both larger and smaller
- Installation, configuration, and customization of software
- Continuous maintenance of management documentation
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and can see the big picture while also being able to dive into details through a structured approach. You are responsible, plan your own time, and are driven. You can collaborate and are good at understanding the needs expressed by customers. Your absolute driving force is problem-solving and technology. You enjoy having a high activity level and handle changes with a positive attitude. We are a cheerful group with a lot of openness and humor.
As a system administrator with us, you need to have the following qualifications:
- IT technical education at a university/college level, providing a solid foundation, or equivalent knowledge
- You need to have technical qualifications/experience in Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Windows, Linux
- Fluent Swedish and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Preferably knowledge/experience of working with processes to achieve high quality, e.g., ITIL and testing
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the Documentum platform and its products
