We are looking for additional occupational therapists for our operations in Eskilstuna.

We run the service Steg till Arbete and therefore need to expand our workforce with more occupational therapists. We are looking for someone with competence, great commitment, and an interest in development, who wants to work with us and support our participants in getting closer to the labor market. As an occupational therapist, you will be part of a team of occupational therapists, coaches, and supervisors.

In Steg till Arbete, we work with activity-based assessment placements, empowering and developing activities, as well as work training/work trials. The aim is to support and develop our participants to get closer to a sustainable working life and, if possible, to enter studies or employment with support from the Employment Service.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with the target group of job seekers and have experience with activity-based assessments. If you have experience with occupational therapy tools such as AWC, AWP, MOHOST, DOA, and WRI, that is also an advantage.

We have extensive contact with and report to authorities, primarily the Employment Service, and good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish are therefore something we value. You need to be comfortable working both independently and together with colleagues. It is important that you are flexible, structured, and responsible. You need to have a very good ability to create and develop relationships with people, both participants and colleagues, as well as contact persons at our client.

The position is full-time, but we are willing to discuss part-time if needed.
