We are now seeking another Maintenance Manager for our team. In this role, you will coach employees to continuously improve operations together with production, electrical engineers, mechanical technicians, and operational staff. We are looking for someone with a technical interest, analytical skills, and a drive to improve and streamline the safe operation of our production facility.

You are someone who takes initiative, drives change, and enjoys working towards clear results in collaboration with your colleagues. Your main responsibilities will include quality assurance, monitoring, and in-depth analysis of failures. You will also work on continuous improvements of the maintenance setup in the department to ensure efficient operations. An important part of your work will be to develop and follow up on KPIs and participate in financial reviews to ensure that the business meets its goals.
