About the Position

Anneli & Ritwa Lidingö Home Care is now seeking Care Assistants/Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team in Lidingö. The role involves close contact with our clients, where your support contributes to their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities for Care Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant

• Provide support and care at home in accordance with individually tailored care plans.
• Contribute to a safe and caring home environment for our clients.
• Document and report care interventions and observed changes in clients' conditions.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with colleagues to ensure integrated and effective care.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

• Empathetic and Flexible: You have the ability to understand and adapt to clients' needs.
• Communicative: You have a good ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both colleagues and clients.
• Independent and Proactive: You can work independently and take initiative to improve the quality of care.
• Relevant experience is an advantage: Previous experience in home care or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
