We are now looking for nursing assistants at Villa Näs in Åkersberga for hourly employment and summer substitutes. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Näs

Villa Näs is a residence with a total of 60 places. The building has three floors with two departments per floor and common areas on the ground floor. Villa Näs has 40 places for the elderly with dementia and 20 care places.

• We are under dementia certification, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also merits. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities to grow.
