Villa Agadir consists of 54 apartments distributed over three floors with common areas such as a living room, banquet hall, and large lovely balconies. Outside Villa Agadir, there are beautiful walking paths and a garden facility with a greenhouse and several seating areas.

Villa Agadir is located in a pleasant newly built residential area in Dalenum on Lidingö. The Lidingöbanan from Ropsten takes about 8 minutes and stops at station AGA. From there, it is just a few minutes' walk to Villa Agadir. If you have a car, you have free parking right outside Villa Agadir.

With us You will work together with nursing colleagues who have worked for a long time, in a nice atmosphere and environment. You plan your schedule together with your colleagues. Working hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday & 8-4 Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. Routines, governing documents, checklists, and quality management systems provide you with excellent support in your work. You have access to Vardaga's internal training organization, Lära, with a variety of courses. You also have the opportunity to apply for an educational position to become a specialist nurse. Career opportunities: As a nurse, you can advance to become a unit manager or operations manager for a residence. There is good management, and the decision-making paths are short. Your manager is close at hand for support and to bounce ideas. You work closely with nursing colleagues, group leaders, and care staff. Within Vardaga, there is a national network for nurses to exchange inspiration and knowledge. Nurse with us You are the spider in the web around the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Regularly, you conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse, and we would like you to have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, and it requires that you have knowledge of various diseases and an interest in the aging person.

Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group leaders who are responsible for the care staff. Our group leaders also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.

We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse. One course we can offer you is “Leading without being a boss”.

Getting to know the residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for accurate assessments and decisions.

Clear routines To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.
