Experienced Nurse for Elderly Care

This is the position for you who want to make a difference and contribute to improved health and quality of life for our patients.

We are looking for a confident and experienced nurse with a genuine interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with a strong ability to prioritize your tasks.

About the Position

You will work together with a colleague during your evening shifts. Most of your work will be done via phone, providing advice, prescriptions, and assessments, etc. You will, of course, have medical support just a phone call away. Home visits to patients are also included.

The systems we work with include Procapita, TakeCare, Appva, Pascal, and Lifecare. The degree of employment for this position is something we are open to discussing with you based on your preferences. You will be based in Eneberg, Norrtälje.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Phone consultations
• Medical assessments
• Planned patient visits and possible admissions
• Documentation

About You

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse
• Have a B driver's license for manual cars and driving experience
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Specialist training in elderly care or palliative care
• Experience in elderly care/dementia care
• Experience in phone consultations

You work with care in everything you do, taking great personal responsibility. You have the ability to prioritize and lead others in changing circumstances. Flexible and collegial cooperation is of great importance in this role.

We are a team of about 25 nurses within Tiohundra Säbo who together work at our nine facilities, days, evenings, and nights. During evenings and nights, we also have the basic home healthcare assignment. Together, we want to offer our patients the best elderly care in the municipality, a care we all take pride in.
