We are looking for substitutes for all our units; home care, care and nursing homes, LSS, social psychiatry, dementia team, alarm and night patrol, day activities, and restaurant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of substitute, your tasks will be to take care of our citizens and provide the best care and support tailored to the individual's needs. Working with people is important, spreading joy, knowledge, and creating special encounters.

Your workdays may vary and some of your tasks may include:

• Cleaning and cooking
• Assisting with toilet visits/showers and changing incontinence pads.
• Assisting with transfers
• Documenting
• Being a social companion and supporting the user

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Speak and write good Swedish
• Computer skills

Some positions also require that you have:

• A driving license and experience driving a car
• Can cycle

Meritorious

• Certified nursing assistant or equivalent education, such as caregiver/childcare worker/mental health worker, etc. Alternatively, experience working in healthcare.
• Since Järfälla municipality is a Finnish administrative area, proficiency in Finnish is considered an asset.
