Pub with a strong focus on well-prepared food from scratch. Established in 2008. The applicant should be responsible, self-driven, and able to handle stress.

Experience with purchasing and menu planning is a plus. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful team here at Ölrepubliken!

We are a pub that serves good and well-made pub food, and we are currently looking for a chef with at least 3 years of experience. You should be willing to work hard and be flexible. The ability to handle sudden changes is important, as we want to meet all our guests' requests, which sometimes means that requests come in - and must be resolved - at short notice.

Autumn and winter are our peak seasons, which will involve a fast-paced environment, so stress resilience is a must.

The applicant should be responsible and self-driven.
