Agio is now facing an exciting growth phase and needs to expand the team in Luleå with a data analyst. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Professionals Nord and that you will be employed directly by Agio. Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Agio, you will have an exciting and varied everyday life where you primarily work with:


  • Analysis and interpretation of large data sets to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop predictive models and cluster analyses.
  • Work with tools such as Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Create and implement BI solutions, including ETL processes and report development.
  • Communicate insights and business value to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with both IT and business sides to develop data-driven strategies.

You will also work during office hours 08:00-17:00 with the possibility of flexible hours and remote work.


We are looking for someone who
  • Has an academic degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, data engineering, or equivalent.
  • Has experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and BI tools.
  • Is skilled in technologies such as Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
