On behalf of one of our clients, we are now looking for a senior requirements analyst in automation. Our client is a well-established consulting company with strong finances. The company offers interesting assignments in the public sector, focusing on socially beneficial applications, as well as a secure employment with collective agreements. The company has been operating since 2003 and currently has about 100 employees.

You will work in pleasant premises in central Kiruna, with the option to also work from home.

As a senior requirements analyst, your role will be to help the company's public clients transition to a more efficient case management system that frees up time for value-creating work and leads to improved quality, higher legal security, and more satisfied citizens and employees.

You will work with:

• conceptual modeling

• information modeling

• information classification

• process development and automation

• requirements management

The development work is conducted in an agile manner and is based on user needs.

We are looking for someone who:

has over 4 years of work experience as a requirements analyst.

is experienced in designing use case diagrams, relationship diagrams, conceptual models, etc., and has the ability to quickly understand flows, relationships, and is comfortable engaging in dialogue with users.

has an academic background in IT.

can express themselves well in both spoken and written Swedish.

You will be directly employed by our client full-time. The probationary period will transition to a permanent position after six months. Start date: immediately.
