We are now looking for a support technician for a permanent position.

The IT and e-function's area of operation includes the operation and maintenance of administrative systems, networks, and the school's IT technical operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and resolve incoming cases via phone, email, and remote control
• Troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technical equipment (including hardware, software, applications, and networks)
• Manage networks (switches, routers, and firewalls) and cloud solutions
• Handle operational disruptions
• Be responsible for patching, software distribution, and account management in Active Directory
• Install new programs and applications

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome both those who are at the beginning of their careers and those who have extensive experience in IT. We place great importance on personality and your willingness to develop together with us.

You, together with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring that the operation and maintenance of our services are carried out to agreed service levels. We have a modern infrastructure based primarily on Microsoft's product suite with high demands for availability and security. Good knowledge in areas such as Windows, networks, and domain structure, Windows Server, IIS, and databases is advantageous. Experience in IT infrastructure, fiber networks, and documentation is a plus.

The size of our organization and the volume of our delivery allow us to challenge and let you develop regardless of background. However, it is important that you understand the importance of working in a structured manner, that you are curious, and willing to develop together with your colleagues. Among your personal qualities, a pedagogical inclination and the ability to take on challenges in the organization are evident. You are calm, methodical, and punctual. Since you work with people, it is important that you are a good judge of character with a strong sense of service. A very high value is placed on your personal qualities.

Since the position involves a large amount of documentation, it is required that you have a good command of the Swedish language both in writing and speaking. A driver's license is required.
