Your Role

As a requirements analyst at the Swedish Customs, you will work closely with the users of the business to gather requirements based on needs, in order to streamline customs handling in areas such as import, export, or collection. Here, you will have the opportunity to use your existing knowledge while deepening it in a warm and supportive environment. You will be involved from start to finish in the entire development process, giving you a good overall understanding.

Your Mission

• Gather requirements based on needs, both from the business and from EU requirements
• Act as a bridge between IT and the business, meaning you can communicate with different stakeholders to ensure that our digital services meet the needs of the business
• Plan and lead workshops, requirements meetings, and testing work

Who Are You?

• You have post-secondary education in IT or other education or experience that the Swedish Customs can assess as equivalent
• You have several years of professional experience in requirements analysis and testing
• You have experience working in an agile manner
• You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
