As Head Planner, you will be a key person who frees up space for your colleagues in production, marketing, technology, and purchasing to focus on value-creating activities within their areas. You will report directly to the CEO and will have a clear and significant impact on the company's internal efficiency and profitability.

Ambulance Production in Sandviken is in a very favorable position with strong demand for its ambulances based on the self-developed concept of movable ambulance cabinets. Since the role of Head Planner is entirely new, this is a very exciting position with great opportunities for impact and personal development.

• Ensure high resource utilization in the factory through even occupancy that minimizes overtime
• Own and develop the planning process throughout the company
• Ensure planning on both long and short-term
• Provide conditions for accurate decisions and after-calculations on products and projects through quality-assured data
• Full ownership of the use of Monitor and ensure that the content is updated regarding annual volumes, safety levels in stock, turnover rates, ABC classification of components, and economic order quantities, among others.

Location: You need to be residing or willing to relocate to the Gävle/Sandviken area.

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Daytime

To succeed in this role, we see that you are an experienced production planner who has been involved in building or driving development work and improving processes and working methods in Monitor G4 or G5. You have documented successful experience in planning work in a manufacturing environment that includes development, assembly, in-house manufacturing of components, purchasing, and after-sales. As a colleague, you enjoy having a central role with many contact points both internally and externally, where your actions are characterized by accuracy, curiosity, and a lack of prestige.

• Experience in developing the planning function in a similar company
• Experience in preparing this type of manufacturing
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

• “Superuser” with experience in training in Monitor
• Experience in management team work
• Experience in project management
